Your account and material
Use an accurate email address, keep your credentials private, and upload only material you have permission to use. Do not upload patient information or other sensitive personal information. You are responsible for reviewing generated study material and checking sources.
Plans and payments
Available features and allowances are shown in Plans & billing. Whop processes subscriptions. Review the price, renewal and cancellation terms in checkout before purchasing. Manage cancellation in Whop; deleting a Recall Labs account does not cancel recurring charges. Contact support about payment problems or refund requests.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, bypass access controls, abuse referral rewards, or redistribute protected course material without permission. Contact support to report inaccuracies or access problems. Service availability and study material may change.
