What we store
Supabase stores account details, preferences, bookmarks, notes, study sessions, schedules, progress, consent records, personal sets and private PDF libraries. Community participation may display the name you choose and your points. Administrative and billing events are recorded for security and reconciliation.
AI and external services
With separate explicit consent, AI requests and selected attachments or document excerpts are sent to OpenAI. Optional chemistry checks send compound names or SMILES to PubChem. Whop handles payment and subscription information. These providers process information under their own policies. Do not submit patient information or sensitive personal data.
Retention
Tutor chat history stays in the browser tab. Server response recovery expires after 24 hours, request metadata after 30 days, and tutor uploads after one hour. Cleanup jobs remove expired data. Saved sets and PDF libraries persist until deletion. Deleted PDF sources are removed through a queued cleanup process that allows one hour for in-flight uploads. Backups and provider records may persist under their retention schedules.
Your controls
Settings offers study-history reset and account deletion. Reset retains material, quotas, points and billing. Account deletion removes private account data, but does not cancel Whop charges. Use billing controls separately. Authentication cookies maintain your sign-in; signing out clears the current session. Contact support for data access requests.
